Mungret Community College has an impressive 39-21 victory over OLSPCK of Belfast in the girl's U16A All-Ireland schools cup this morning at the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght

Abby Nealon was MVP of the game with 13 points followed by Emer Purtill on eight points. Speaking after the game to Basketball Ireland Mungret CC head coach Aoife Donovan said “We’re absolutely thrilled because we have three girls who couldn’t be here today and who are central to our team, so the win was as much for them as the girls who are here."
