Our 1st Year Castle class put their historical knowledge and creativity to the test this Valentine’s Day by designing their own historically inspired Valentine’s cards!
Blending humor with history, students came up with clever and witty messages based on famous figures and events. From Henry VIII’s “Don’t lose your head! Be my Valentine instead!” to a Roman-themed “Have you just left the caldarium? ’Cos you look hot!”, their work was both entertaining and educational.
This fun activity was a great way to engage with history while having fun. Well done to all in 1st Year Castle for their fantastic efforts!
