Baking Club is expanding every week with 60 students signed up. The baking club takes place roughly every two weeks for Junior Cycle students. Baking Club provides an excellent opportunity for Junior Cycle Home Economics students to develop their culinary and creative skills. Students have completed a vast variety of dishes over the past few years. Popular dishes include cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, pizza, swiss roll, shortbread, red velvet traybake, pancakes and chocolate muffins with oreo buttercream.
