The U19s Boys finished their South West League games with a tough fought win away to Castletroy College. The boys finished 3rd in their group with wins against Crescent Comp and Neneagh CBS. Unfortunately the boys lost away to Munchins and at home to an exceptional Pallaskennery team.
The U16s Boys finished their South West League group games undefeated. They won all their games and top the group. They face a home game versus a strong Rathmore side.
Our u16 and u19 boys teams played St. Munchins and Salesian's Pallaskenry.
The U16s won both games convincingly. Notable performances by Luke Moran vs St. Munchins and Oscar Shire vs Pallaskenry.
The U19s lost both games against two exceptional teams, in particular Salesians who have an Irish international player. Notable performances by Max Turski vs St. Munchins and Paul Corcoran vs Salesians.
Narrow All Ireland Loss for U14 Boys Basketball
The team met St. Malachys, Castlewellan in the semi-final on the 27th of March in the Oblate hall, Dublin. They showed great teamwork on the day to win 54-31. The team were through to the All-Ireland final on the 30th of April against a very strong Castleisland Community College team who had beaten us in the first round of the league in February. The boys showed great determination and skill but were unable to get the win on the day.
The team showed tremendous courage and fighting spirit particularly towards the end of the match. Mungret Community College kept fighting throughout the second half, Ahmed Avdelrahman, Matas Maciulaitis, Harry Nealon and Evan O'Meara all contributing to the scoreboard.
U14 Boys advance to All Ireland 'A' Cup Final
Our U14A boys basketball team had a strong win over St Malachys of Belfast 54-31 this week. A super performance and great team spirit showed on the day. This group now advances to the All Ireland U14A Cup Final.

Second Year Boys Team Advance To South West Regional Semi Final
Our 2nd year boys basketball team made the South-West regional semi final in their first year in the A grade. A narrow loss means they are out again next week with another chance to make it through to the All-Ireland round.

A great win for our 2nd year boys basketball team. Two wins in a row in the A division beating a strong Castleisland team 43-32.

1st Year Boys Advance To Cup Final
Huge congratulations to our 1st year boys basketball team through to a cup final after beating St.Joseph's Patrician College, Claregalway and St.Gerard's Castlebar.
